ok.. so i'm supposesed to be doing a text response for class, but i just can't concentrate...

this is why: monday morning, my grandmother got hospitalized, she's clinically depressed (back in may she had a catheder put in that went from the base of her brain and extended 2 meters... to take care and contain an anerism) the reason why my family hospitalized her tho was because she had really bad side effects from the catheder.. her entire left side became paralized after the surgery and she had to rehabilitate it... which by now she already was moving her entire body... she lost vision in her left eye... which she still dosn't have back... but the real reason she got hospitalized monday was because she had stopped eating and lost a lot of strength... after the hospital ran several tests and after long awaited hours, they discovered that she wasn't eating/feeling well because she had a urinary tract inffection... she was going to have to stay there for 7 days in order to get better... last night after i got home i called and talked to her and everything was alrigh... this morning i was woken up by a parent in tears for her mom... her annerism popped, she went straight from recuperation to a ICU unit... and she awaits surgery... to fix the annerism... that the first doctor did not do correctly... she's in Brasil, in Sao Paulo to be exact...

Right now i'm kicking my self in the ass... b/c i could have seen her over the summer, but for my own selfish reasons i decided to stay here... i could've taken the semester off to go visit her... and again for my own selfish reasons i didn't and now it's too late to drop everything and get a refund... all i can do is wait till chrismas... and i'm scared shitless that she may not make it... i'm writing for two reasons, a) if u see me and i'm not as shinny/bright and smiling u'll know why and b) i much rather right about it than talk about it....

if u can... if u do... PRAY for her! please.... she needs all the thoughts and prayers that can be given to her...

Hell YES to open bar inubriation!!!

Alann I'm sorry I didn't call you last night.....

quick break down of my weekend: friday the play opened... saturday michelle got married, saturday afternoon at michelle's reception Raissa became inubriated, saturday evening Raissa was highly innubriated and by 12 pm raissa couldn't walk anymore sunday i got up at 1ish had lunch w/ the 'rents... then went to mass came home cleaned my room did somehomework... and now i'm here YAY...

well that's it

oh yeah i started a job at UH working for a girl whom not only i respect more than anything but she's as big of a goober as I am it's awesome... and i don't do much get paid very well... and have lots of fun chit chatting w/ Lilly things are looking up from last semester to this one.... i've met a lot interesting people and i'm getting to know the uh faculty better i'm happy that i'm at UH and i hope to graduate in like two more yrs... thus being in school for 4 yrs... possibly 5... who knows.... next semester is going to b weird seeing how most of the fun people will b gone but hopefully things will go by...

other tha highschool like drama? when u type up an entire venting entry and oh yeah xanga decides to b a bastard and freeze up on u...

some cool things happening this week...

yesterday was valentine's day... it was fun nice and sweet.... today was just another day

and friday the show at UH opens yay!!!

my 20th b-day is friday february 3rd... i have two fears... one is that everyone is going to forget it and two is that no one will wish me a happy b-day but at the same rate it's just 20 no biggie... i won't hold it against any of u slackers if yall forget it this year... BUT u better remeber it next year in 2007 when i turn 21..... on a saturday beatches!!!! anyways i'm pretty sure that i'll get to see me baby that day for at least an hr...

work is getting tougher b/c my co-workers are freakin DUMB ASSES... man i wish they weren't there to socialize... it would make work a lot easier... don't get me wrong it's fun working and socializing... but there's a certain line that shouldn't b crossed and people have crossed it... and erased it... the best host on staff has quit, leaving me, the second best to "take over" which is not something i want... no one knows/caress enough to do it well.. i mean the new guys are doing great and catching it well... but it's just not fast enough... the weird shit is that i actually care about GSS (guest service satisfaction). anyways i give them two weeks to either move me to do to-gos or serve or whatever the hell... get me out of hosting or i'm quitting... and i told the gm that last week he talked to the people that caused trouble... but dosn't wanna move me.... i talked to the manager that hired me, he said that it was a possibility and that i should talk to him tomorrow.... hopefully he'll talk to the gm and tell him that he can't loose me... that i'm extra good to the restaurant and they need me.... we'll see... i hope it happens... i can't take it hosting anymore... i'm ready to curse people out... i love the guest and the ever on changing problems but i hate the rest of the host staff that's left with the exception of one person that knows what she's doing....

well that's all for my venting...

Robert's out of the hospital one week now... he's doing awesomely well... but he's supper skinny... i hope he gains a little bit of weight back he needs it...
